If your overall GPA is 3.8 or Higher you qualify for a 10% discount.

Certain restrictions apply. 

All occupants of the house must have the 3.8 or higher GPA

Current transcripts must be presented at time of signing lease

You may take the "no deposit" option rather than the discount
